SUMMARY:ME AND MY MOTHER Liepāja Puppet Theatre I Latvia
DESCRIPTION:To be as close to nature as to your own mum. To experience the rhythms of nature – see the insect crumbling the grass\, hear the sea waves rustling\, feel your foot soaking in the soft moss and experience the unconditional love of the Mother Nature when you lay down in grass and treetops are overlooking you. This staging is a mommy-baby playground where the first theatre experience is gained\, allowing the baby to become gently acquainted with his own body\, exploring the sound\, light\, rhythm and movement as part of a bigger story and a bigger world. \nThe repertoire of the Liepāja Puppet Theatre includes performances ranging from classics to contemporary experiments and original drama. Liepāja Puppet Theatre performs in Liepāja and on tour around Latvia and abroad. In their performances\, the viewer has the opportunity to get acquainted with various dolls – parterre dolls\, rope dolls\, puppets\, large mask dolls\, get to know the theatre of objects\, as well as reveal the secrets of puppet and show making behind the scenes. Every season Liepāja Puppet Theatre produces at least 4 new productions and the theatre’s repertoire constantly includes 8–10 different productions. \nMore about the performance Tickets \n
